Prep Cross Country: Cooler temps help Eagles

Cooler temperatures Thursday provided for better running weather and the Eldorado High School cross country team took advantage.

Bret Plunkett finished 19th overall with a finishing time of 17:55, while Kim Acheson turned in the top girls time for the Eagles, placing 38th at the 25:22 mark.

On the boys' side, Chris Acheson ran in a time of 22:07 for 50th place and Brandon Burnett had a time of 23:33 for 55th place.

Grace Pena finished 46th in a time of 26:47 on the girls' side.
