Prep Cross Country: Plunkett paces Eagles at Herrin

The Eldorado Cross Country team competed Monday in a meet at Herrin against Carrier Mills-Stonefort, Carmi-White County, Carterville, Cobden, Goreville, Harrisburg, Herrin, Murphysboro, Norris City-Omaha-Enfield, Salem and Sparta.

Turning in times for the Eagles included: Bret Plunkett (18:29, 26th); Chris Acheson (22:08, 55th); Brandon Burnett (22:55, 59th); Kim Acheson (27:32, 45th); Emilee Farmer (27:39, 47th); Grace Pena (28:49, 50th); Jessica Miller (34:13, 55th).
