Prep Boys Hoops: Eagles grab non-conference win at Gallatin County

Parker Price had a team-high 14 points and was one of three Eagles to score in double figures as Eldorado knocked off Gallatin County 55-33 Friday night in Junction.

Gage Heath wasn't far off from Price's mark, tacking on 13 points and Boston Bradley had 10 points in the win.

Josh Owens, a 6-foot-1 junior forward for EHS, netted nine points, while Dylan Henshaw scored six points and senior Isaac Barrett tossed in three points.

Gallatin County grabbed a quick 11-10 first quarter lead, but the Hawks were outscored 17-6 in the second quarter as Eldorado grabbed a 27-17 halftime lead.

The Eagles kept their foot on the gas in the second half, outscoring GCHS 28-15.

Jaxon Knott had a game-high 15 points, while Mattix Sandifer scored seven points. Noah Richardson chipped in with six points for the Hawks, while Lane Henson finished with four points and Jeremy Brugger tossed in a free throw.
