Clubhouse Chatter: What would you serve at the Masters Champions Dinner?

I'm going to go with chips and dip as the appetizer, rib-eye steak as the main course and desert is the classic apple pie.

Appetizer would have to be some spinach dip, wings, and sushi. The Main course would be prime rib, zucchini, Mac-n-Cheese, baked potato, and side salad. For dessert we are having strawberry cake, peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream, and homemade chocolate chip cookies our cooks make at HHS.

I'll keep it low key, and go with potato skins, a small salad, fried and grilled chicken, dumplings and apple pie and ice cream for dessert.

- Matt Hampleman, former West Frankfort girls' basketball coach

My appetizer would be crab legs & lobster tail and the first course would be a Caesar salad. The sides would be sweet potatoes and the main course is a NY strip. For dessert, we will server coffee cake.

- Reggie Norman, Benton boys' golf coach

Personally, I would have garlic cheese bites as an appetizers, chicken Alfredo, and orange sherbet as a dessert.

- Dawson Yates, former Pinckneyville standout & current JALC basketball player

We'll start with chicken wings as the appetizer and server Lobster/King crab legs for the main course. Dessert is a chocolate sheet cake.

- Derek Beard, Du Quoin football coach

I'm going to keep this country. We'll have some fried pickles for the appetizer, the main course will be meatloaf and mashed potatoes and apple pie for dessert.

- Jake Dixon, Harrisburg golf coach

My appetizer will be chicken wings. The main course we'll serve is BBQ Ribs and Brisket and for dessert, we'll have Pumpkin Pie or Banana Splits.
