Harrisburg won its 16th straight game of its own Invitational en route to a fifth straight title, beating Eldorado 42-40 Saturday night at Davenport Gymnasium.

The Eagles took a 14-9 lead after one quarter of play and led 24-17 at halftime, but the Bulldogs battled back, outscoring EHS 13-6 in the third quarter to tie the game at 30-all and built a seven-point lead in the final eight minutes of action.

Harrisburg, who got three points from Summer Sanders and one point from Stream Black, shot 34 percent from the field, but it was a 7-for-18 mark from the free throw line that nearly did in the 'Dogs.
