Frances leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Debbie Snow, Tammy WIlliams (Randall) and Marnie LeSueur (Ken); and son Randy Festavan (Deidre). Frances was both Nana and MawMaw to her seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A private family memorial will be held Thursday, July 22, to be officiated by her grandson, Pastor Luke Williams.
