Saline County sentences

The following individuals were sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections in the second quarter of 2022 in Saline County Circuit Court:

Adam Zappa, 32, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on April 13 to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of methamphetamine possession.

Lori Smith, 47, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on April 20 to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of methamphetamine possession.

Cristy Boulds, 38, of Eldorado, was sentenced on April 27 to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of aggravated battery.

James Gibbs, 37, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on May 3 to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of possession of a controlled substance.

Tony Dambrell, 51, of Eldorado, was sentenced on May 4 to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material.

Roman Moore, 28, Harrisburg, was sentenced on May 19 to seven years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of possession of methamphetamine.

Christopher Smith, 41, of Sturgis, Kentucky, was sentenced on May 23 to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of retail theft under $300 (enhanced sentence).

Matthew Connors, 52, of Carbondale, was sentenced on May 25 to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of intimidation.

Abram Boulds. 21, of Eldorado, was sentenced on May 25 to eight years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of possession of a stolen vehicle in two cases.

Joshua Hodge, 41, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on May 25 to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of aggravated battery; and three years for the offense of possession of weapon by a felon.

Deandrelin Davis, 30, of Peoria, was sentenced on June 5 to 14 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of home invasion.

William Atkinson, 73, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on June 9 to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Robert Starnes, 55, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on June 13 to 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of aggravated battery; and 10 years for the offense of residential arson.

Toria Emerson, 25, of Eldorado, was sentenced on June 13 to 20 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offenses of involuntary manslaughter, concealment of a homicidal death, intimidation, unlawful restraint and obstructing justice.

Gregory Golish, 30, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on June 13 to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of aggravated battery.

James Weir, 24, of Carrier Mills, was sentenced on June 15 to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of possession of weapon by a felon.

Bryan Abell, 25, of Eldorado, was sentenced on June 15 to 6½ years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of arson.

Tom Dukes, 50, of Simpson, was sentenced on June 21 to 4½ years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of burglary.

Phillip Morgan, 34, of Harrisburg, was sentenced on June 21 to 3½ years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of burglary (violation of probation).
