Rotary Club names scholarship winner

Chester High School senior Oddessy Flores, 17, is the recipient of this year's $1,000 educational scholarship given by the Chester Rotary Club.

Flores plans to attend Iowa Wesleyan University to study music therapy and says music and theater have always been a big part of her extracurricular activities.

Rotary President Tanya Cowan expressed congratulations to Flores on her many high school accomplishments and wished her much success in her future college experiences.
