The 2021 Homecoming dance at Du Quoin High School will be held under the stars Sept. 25 at Van Metre Field, weather permitting.

If the weather doesn't permit, the dance will move inside to the Auxiliary Guym.

Tickets are $5 per person. Park in the Student Lot (South Street will be blocked off).

The dance is from 7 to 9 p.m. and students should use the main gates.

Attendees in heels are warned that the football field surface can be a little "spongy."

DHS students may bring a guest from another school or the outside. (Age of attendees is limited from high school freshmen to 21.)

If you are bringing a guest from another school or outside, the DHS student needs to pick-up a permission form for their guest in the main office.

This must be returned to the main office by 2 p.m. Friday to purchase a ticket for the guest.

Brings masks, in case the dance has to be moved inside.
