Gallatin County State Fair winners
GALLATIN COUNTY - The Gallatin County Fair 4-H General Show finished up over the past weekend, with some impressive projects presented by Gallatin County 4-H'ers.
Some General Show participants are eligible to take their exhibits to the Illinois State Fair.
Those 4-H'ers are Murphie Horton, with her 4-H Cooking 201 project - Cake; Cooper Givens, who presented his Video/Filmmaking, Animated Video project, Madelyn Green with her Visual Arts - Chalk, Carbon, Pigment project and Grace Wargel, also with her Visual Arts - Chalk, Carbon, Pigment project.
The Illinois State Fair is Thursday, Aug. 12 through Sunday, Aug. 22 in Springfield.
