The following information was obtained from the Marion Police Department. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Brittany Thompson-Dance has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Roll N Up on N. Court St. on Oct. 21.

Timothy Perdue, 50, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of an Outstanding McCracken County Warrant and Possession of Methamphetamines on Oct. 22, in the 1800 block of Bittle Place.

Charles Hodge, 60, of Champaign, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Oct. 22.

Damien Jornlin, 28, of Johnston City, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery/Use of a Deadly Weapon and Mob Action on Oct. 24, in the 200 block of N. Lear St.

Stephanie Garland, 31, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery and Mob Action on Oct. 24, in the 200 block of N. Lear St.

Nicholas L Garland, 36, of Herrin, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery/Use of a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Damage to Property and Mob Action on Oct. 24, in the 200 block of N. Lear St.

Sara Nichelson, 30, of Marion, has been arrested on an Outstanding Williamson County Warrant, No Valid FOID Card and Possession of Methamphetamines in 900 block of N. Radcliffe St. on Oct. 24.

Damien Jornlin, 28, of Johnston City, has been arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and No Valid FOID Card in the 900 block of N. Radcliffe St. on Oct. 24.

Joshua Harpstrite, 32, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 1100 block of E Carter St. on Oct. 25, 2020.

Amanda Pullum, 35 of Herrin has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 1100 block of E. Carter St. on Oct. 25.

Curtis Fofar, 31, of Marion, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Possession of Cannabis in the 2100 block of W. Main St. on Oct. 25.

John Bassett, 3, of Marion, has been issued a city ordinance citation for Theft/Shoplifting in the 2600 block o f Vernell Rd. on Oct. 25.
