Nov. 26
• Deputies arrested Nathan K. Brock, 42, of Carterville on a failure to appear warrant for possession of meth less than 5 grams.

• Deputies arrested Christopher J. Pulke, 34, of Du Quoin on a failure to appear warrant for battery.
• Deputies arrested Aaron M. Stanley, 29, of Orien on a warrant for delivery of meth less than 5 grams.

• Deputies arrested Thomas A. Prince, 49, of Mulkeytown for failure to appear for DUI.
• Deputies arrested Neil R. McKenna, 44 of Sesser on a warrant for criminal damage to property.
• Deputies arrested Steven C. Melville, 35, of West Frankfort on a warrant for violating probation on delivery of meth charges.
• Deputies arrested Charles E. Geary, 37, of Sesser for failure to appear for DUI.

• Deputies arrested Joy Griffith, 60, of Benton on a warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges.
• Deputies arrested Kayin C. Jeter, 19, of West Frankfort on a warrant for failure to appear on theft charges.
• Deputies arrested Britny L. Sutton, 22, of Sesser on a warrant for failure to appear on theft charges.

• Deputies arrested Desiree G. Fore, 35, of Marion on a warrant for failure to appear for battery.

• Deputies arrested Tim L. Hamby, 43, of Freeman Spur for failure to appear for DUI.
• Deputies arrested Kenneth W. Wells, 40, of Herrin for failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
Dec. 6
• Deputies responded around 5:59 p.m. to a burglary in progress call at the Rend Lake Marina. Diana Channess, 36, of Sesser was arrested on charges of burglary and theft. She is being held at the Franklin County Jail pending review from the States Attorney's Office and filing of formal charges.
• Deputies arrested Brent A. Hargis, 41, of Christopher on a warrant for battery, disorderly conduct and sexual exploitation of a child.
• Deputies arrested Jacob R. Minton, 35, of Johnston City on a warrant for aggravated battery.
• Deputies arrested Shawn M. Shurtz, 38, of Bloomer, Wis., for failure to appear for an accident with injury.
Dec. 7
• Deputies responded around 6:12 a.m. to a domestic battery complaint. Dusty A.R. Messamore, 26, of Royalton was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.
• Deputies arrested Kendrick K. Simelton, 26, of West Frankfort on a warrant for violation of probation.
• Deputies arrested Charles L. Morgan, 24, of West Frankfort on a warrant for violation of probation.
• Deputies arrested Nichole R. Maynor-Gower, 37, of Cambria on a warrant for failure to appear for obstructing identification.
• Deputies arrested Pamela L. Biggs, 49, of West Frankfort on a warrant for failure to appear on fishing without license.
• Deputies arrested Samuel E. Baker, 22, of Benton on a warrant for failure to appear on driving while license suspended.
Dec. 8
• Deputies conducted a traffic stop around 1:28 a.m. David E. Boling, 32, of Tamaroa was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
• Deputies arrested Amber L. Sutton, 24, of Christopher on a warrant for failure to appear for meth manufacturing.
Dec. 9
• Deputies conducted a traffic stop around 2:23 p.m. Sarah J. Hubbard, 36, of Thompsonville was arrested on charges of speeding, no insurance and driving while license suspended.
• Deputies arrested Seth W. Murphy, 25, of Thompsonville on a warrant for failure to appear for controlled substance.
