It's a busy time for Saline County 4-H

4-H records due

This is a reminder to all of our Saline County 4-H members ... turn in your 4-H record forms to the extension office by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 10.

In order to receive a plaque or trophy at Achievement Night in October, a 4-H member must complete the records packet. Record forms are still available at the extension office, and must be signed by the member, a parent or guardian, and their 4-H Club leader.

Federation meets to elect officers

The Saline County 4-H Federation will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 13 at the extension office. All federation delegates and other 4-H members interested in the federation are encouraged to attend. There will be a virtual option for this meeting.

We will be electing new officers for the upcoming 4-H year. 4-H members interested in running for a federation officer position are reminded to bring a completed petition to the meeting. We will also be finalizing plans for National 4-H Week. See you there!

4-H Management Committee meets

Those in attendance will discuss the 2021 4-H show season and choose award and trophy winners for Achievement Night. All Management Committee members are encouraged to attend.
