Ruby DeLores 'Dee' Powell

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Ruby DeLores "Dee" Howell, 78, Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Monday, April 4, 2011, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2011, at Cotrell Funeral Chapel in Poplar Bluff, Mo., with Pastor Arvin Haynes officiating. Burial with full military honors will be at the City Cemetery, Poplar Bluff. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2011, at the funeral home with an Eastern Star service at 5:45 p.m.

She was the widow of James Wilson Howell. She is survived by three children, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister; a brother; and a sister-in-law.
