Johnny Lyndon Holland

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Johnny Lyndon Holland, 50, of Miramar, Fla., formerly of Carrier Mills, died after a lengthy illness on April 1, 2011.

He was born in Eldorado on March 16, 1961, to John and Della (Smith) Holland.

Johnny was a graduate of Carrier Mills High School, Southeastern Illinois Community College, University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa and The University of Miami, where he earned a master&#39;s degree in business administration. He was founder and owner of Synergy Business Services.

Johnny was a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Healthcare Financial Management Association; past National Chapter Development Chairman for the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management as well as Past Chapter Officer.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Zaida (Naranjo); daughter, Samantha and son, Alec, of Miramar, Fla.; son, Cody of San Marcos, Texas; parents, John Holland and Della Holland of Carrier Mills; sister, Kelly (Ron) Pinkston of Harrisburg; brother, David Holland of Tampa, Fla.; uncle, Gary Holland of Harrisburg; aunt, Janet (Robert) Ross of New Burnside; and niece, Holly (Ashton) Martin of Harrisburg.

Johnny was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virgil and Kathryn Holland of Carrier Mills and Bill and Viletta Smith of Harrisburg.

Johnny was a beloved father, son, brother, colleague and friend.

Per Johnny&#39;s request, he will be cremated.

A memorial service is being planned at San Damiano. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Providence Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Carrier Mills.
