Fort bond hearing postponed again

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The bond reduction hearing for Todd Fort set for Wednesday was canceled due to a trial on the docket.

The hearing has not yet been rescheduled.

Fort, 44, the former chief deputy and Harrisburg School Board president, faces several charges of sexual assault and official misconduct involving a 17-year-old former intern at the Saline County Sheriff's Department.

A similar hearing last week was postponed when the former intern did not show up to testify at the hearing. She was subpoenaed by defense attorney Bryan Drew to testify about the bond reduction.

Fort is seeking a reduction in bond from $500,000 to $100,000.
