Elizabeth Stafford

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Elizabeth Stafford, 85, a resident of Harrisburg, passed away at 4:45 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Saline Care Center.

She was born Aug. 29, 1925, in Eddyville to the late Elmer Clarence and Etta (Jackson) Stafford. Elizabeth was a retired secretary with the telephone company and a graduate of Harrisburg High School.

Surviving family members include her sister, Ruby (Stafford) Hull of Harrisburg; a sister, Virginia Stafford of Harrisburg; a niece, Carla and husband Deon Gobin of Portage, Ind.; a nephew, Richard and wife Debbie Hull of Portage, Ind.; and niece, Barbara and husband Bill McGehee of Valparaiso, Ind.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother in infancy; and nephew, Ray Hull.
