Carolyn 'Kay' S. Shover

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Carolyn "Kay" S. Shover, 62, a resident of 718-A W. Lincoln St., Harrisburg, died 8:04 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009, at Gaskins-Jones Funeral Home in Harrisburg with the Rev. John Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation is 10 a.m. to service time Thursday at the funeral home.

She was born March 27, 1947, in Harrisburg to the late Virgil and Sarah Jane (English) Hamilton.

She worked in medical transcriptions for Harrisburg Medical Center. She was Baptist by faith.

She is survived by two sisters, Mary Fowler of Romeoville and Margaret (George) Fisk of Harrisburg; and five nephews, Rick (Connie) Milligan of Harrisburg, Scott (Sherrie) Milligan of Harrisburg, Jim (Teresa) Milligan of Harrisburg, Brian (Tiffany) Fowler of Joliet and John Fowler of Joliet.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles King Jr.; and a sister, Peggy Hamilton.
