Mrs. Wanda Martin Berry

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mrs. Wanda Martin Berry, 87, of Eldorado, passed away at 4 a.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009 at Fountainview Nursing Home.

She married Clyde Martin on July 29, 1939, and after his death she married the Rev. J.R. Berry on June 24, 1994, whom also preceded her in death.

Wanda was born in Equality on April 23, 1922, the daughter of the late Logan and Ethel (Mahan) Forester.

She was a member of Eldorado Church of God.

She was as a homemaker.

Wanda is survived by two daughters, Mary (Dwayne) Newton of Florida and Judy Moore of Eldorado.

She is also survived by five grandchildren, Terri Hartwell, Chris Naas, Robbie Spurlock, Shawnna Rigsby and Shelly Moore; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Forrester and Virgil Forrester; a great-grandson Caleb Naas; and her son-in-law, Jerry Moore.

Funeral services will be held at Eldorado Church of God, Eldorado, IL, at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 13, with the Rev. Randy Baugus officiating. Burial will follow in Wolf Creek Cemetery.

Friends may call 10 a.m. to service time Monday, July 13, 2009, at the Eldorado Church of God.

Arrangements are in the charge of Colonial Terrace Funeral Home, Eldorado.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Eldorado Church of God.
