Helen Delores Cox

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Helen Delores Cox, 79, formerly of 1830 E. Dewey Road, Eldorado, died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at Cherokee Village, Ark.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Jim Allison officiating. Burial will be in Wesley Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, at the funeral home.

She was born in Eldorado on Feb. 6, 1930, in Eldorado to Homer and Mary (Morris) Barnes. She was the widow of Clydus Cox.

She was a homemaker, a member of the Home Extension and Wesley Chapel.

She is survived by four sons, Terry of Clovis, N.M., Larry of Elwood, Gary of Gardner and Steve of Joliet; three daughters, Sheila Duckmanton of Seneca, Cheryl Kelley of Sweetwater, Texas and Carol Fowler of Cherokee Village, Ark.; three brothers, Ernie of Eldorado, Willis of St. Clair Shores, Mich. and Carl of Capak, Mich.; three sisters, Bernice Barnes of Eldorado, Mary Louise Rheaume of Ferndale, Mich. and Patricia Ashby of Eldorado; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Barnes.
