Services were held 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, 2009, at Hosick Funeral Home in Rosiclare. Burial was in Adams Cemetery. Visitation was 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, at the funeral home.

She is survived by three children, her mother, three brothers, two sisters, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
