Nina Rose Seibert

Mrs. Nina Rose Seibert, 73, of Eldorado, passed away at 6:44 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 2009, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

She was the wife of Freddie L Seibert who survives.

Nina was born in Wasson on Jan. 19, 1936, the daughter of the late Joseph and Adabelle (Tucker) Cowan.

She was a member of Apostolic Church of Wasson.

She was a homemaker.

Nina is survived by two daughters, Nancy (Roger) Dixon of Harrisburg and Denise R. (Clifford) Brooks of Eldorado; and a son, David L. Seibert of Evansville, Ind.

She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one being Amanda, whom she raised in her home; 15 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Georgetta (David) Garner of Ledford and Loretta Grisham of Arizona.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five sisters, Alberta Trout, Lola Boggess, Jesse Adams, Doris Garza and Jolene Edwards; and two brothers, Buddy Cowan and Cecil Cowan.

Graveside services will be held at Wolf Creek Cemetery, Eldorado, at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, with Robert L. Prather officiating; those attending should go directly to the cemetery. Arrangements are in the charge of Colonial Terrace Funeral Home, Eldorado.
