Don Jeffery Gee

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Don Jeffery Gee, 52, a resident of Burden Falls Road, Stonefort, died 12:20 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, in Pope County as the result of a truck accident.

He was born May 19, 1957, in Harrisburg to Norman and Ava (Davis) Gee.

He was a farmer, an auto body mechanic and former custodian of Pope County School. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Eddyville.

He is survived by his mother, Ava Gee of Stonefort; a stepson, Jordan Bird of Harrisburg; a brother, Norman Lewis (Peggy) Gee of Stonefort; a nephew, Rusty Alexander; a niece, Robin Sowels; two great-nephews; and one great-niece.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Gee.

Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, 2009. Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at Absher-Nicholson Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Jordan Bird and the Rev. Jerry Wells officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
