Services were held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2009, at Keeling Hill Church in Elizabethtown. Burial was in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation was 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, 2009, at Hosick Funeral Home, Rosiclare.

She was the widow of Leonard Pickering. She is survived by a daughter, son-in-law, two sons, two daughters-in-law, two brothers, two sisters-in-law, a sister, a brother-in-law, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
