Death Notice: Donald L. Allen

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Donald L. Allen, 82, Effingham, formerly of Broughton, died 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, at Effingham Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Effingham.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at First Baptist Church in Effingham. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at the church. Arrangements are in the charge of Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

He is survived by his wife, Edith Williams Allen; a stepson; two stepdaughters; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three nieces.
