Death Notice: Henry A. Kaufman

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Henry A. Kaufman, 81, rural Dahlgren, died 10:40 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011, at Countryside Manor, Mount Vernon.

A funeral Mass will be said 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, at St. Johns Catholic Church in Dahlgren with Fr. Slawomir Ptak and Fr. Eugene Kreher officiating. Burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery in Piopolis with graveside military rites by American Legion Post No. 106. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren with a Rosary service at 7:30 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, the former Pauline Marie Wellen; a son; a daughter-in-law; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two half-brothers; a sister; four half-sisters; and a stepsister.
