Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, at St. John's United Church of Christ, 2712 W. Mason Road, Milan, Ohio, with the Rev. Wendy Schindler-Chasney officiating. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, at the church. The Toft Funeral Home and Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, Ohio, is in charge of the arrangements.

In addition to his wife, Colleen, he is survived by a son, two stepdaughters, two brothers and an uncle.
