Larry 'Spider' Mayberry
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Larry "Spider" Mayberry, 60, of Harrisburg, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, at his residence.
He was born on Dec. 15, 1947, to the late Darnell and Rosalee (Coseboon) Mayberry. He first married Mary Lee Williams in 1968, he later married Katie Murphy in 1992 and they both survive. Larry was a self-employed auto mechanic and a member of the Equality Christian Center.
Surviving family members include a son, Larry Scott Mayberry of Ridgway; three daughters. Betty (Robert) Tanner of Harrisburg, Josette Nowakowski of Harrisburg and Melissa Murphy of Harrisburg; son-in-law, Chester Baker of Equality; brother, Charles Mayberry of Goreville; sister, Linda Gidcumb of Harrisburg; brother, Gary Mayberry of Harrisburg; brother, Kenneth (Dorothy) Mayberry; sister, Janet Mayberry; sister, Mary Ann Mayberry; 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews survive.
He was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Tanya Baker; brother, Donald "Mope" Mayberry; and a granddaughter, Delaney Mayberry.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008, at the Raleigh Masonic Cemetery. The Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate. Those wishing to attend should gather at the cemetery.
