Rita Casey Bradley

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Rita Casey Bradley, 86, of 695 N. McLean Ave., Shawneetown, died 3:42 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 2008, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2008, at Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown with the Rev. Cherrie Wilkerson officiating. Burial will be in Hogan Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008, at the funeral home.

She was born Sept. 20, 1922, in Eagle Creek to the late Will and Emma Mae (Goodson) Casey. On July 26, 1939, she married Robert Edward Bradley in Morganfield, Ky., and he survives in Shawneetown.

She was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Shawneetown.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Don (Ruth) Bradley of Wadsworth; a granddaughter, Kim (Mike) Gilboe of Wadsworth; great-grandsons, Aiden and Blake Gilboe of Wadsworth; a grandson, Eric (Abby) Bradley of Lindenhurst; two great-grandsons, Eli and Cal Bradley; four sisters, Ann Jameson of Blytheville, Ark., Eva Chandler of Gurnee, Glenda Houth of Conway, Mo. and Helen Hayes of Lincoln; and three brothers, Earl Casey of Shawneetown, Robert Casey of Waukegan and James Casey of Waukegan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles Edward Bradley; three sisters, Jane Randl, Ruth Bradley and Inez Gibson; and two brothers, Carroll Casey and Hearl Casey.
