Leona Riley
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Leona Riley, 75, of 901 First St., Eldorado, died 8:43 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, at Harrisburg Medical Center.
Services were held 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Randy Plunkett officiating. Burial was in Lindale Cemetery. Visitation was 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008, at the funeral home.
She was born Dec. 5, 1932, in Eldorado to Ralph and Edith (Smith) Carpenter. In November 1955, she married Donald Riley, who survives in Eldorado.
She was a bookkeeper for her father's business, Carpenter's Rock Products. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Eldorado.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a niece, Cindy Biggerstaff of Harrisburg; and two nephews, Mike Cox of Carmi and John Cox of Evansville, Ind.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Joanne Cox and one in infancy.
