Dodge City liquor stores hire attorney to look into New Year's Eve store closings

A group of local liquor store owners have hired an attorney to present a complaint to city officials, accusing the Dodge City Police Department of illegally shutting down at least three liquor stores an hour early on New Year's Eve.

Attorney Dave Rebein said he was approached by several store owners within the past week asking him to sit down with city leaders and discuss the issue.
