Oscar preview: Who should be nominated, who will be nominated

With nearly a dozen violent films in the hunt, there will indeed be blood at this year's Oscars. But the one doing the most bleeding isn't likely to be a movie; it's going to be ABC, especially if the writers strike wipes out the Academy Awards the same way it tarnished the Golden Globes.
