Romney wins big in Michigan

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's economic expertise and business experience resonated with voters concerned about a possible recession, handing him a much-needed victory in the Michigan primary.

Romney's victory in Michigan, the state his father George Romney governed from 1963 to 1969, comes one week after he finished second to Arizona Sen. John McCain in the New Hampshire primary.
