‘So bad so quick' - Springfield squabbles starting to hurt small towns

Fallout from the squabbles in Springfield is affecting local governments.

Carrier Mills Village Board members began preparing for tough times ahead at a special meeting this week. A payroll is coming up Thursday, and the General Fund checking account is almost depleted because the state has delayed payments to local governments.
