Obituary: Ileta Roloff
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Ileta Roloff, 86, of Carrier Mills, died at 7:50 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at the Carrier Mills Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 15, 2011, at the Bankston Fork Baptist Church north of Carrier Mills. Visitation will be held after 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 15, 2011, until service time at the church. The Rev. Mark Hutson will officiate, and burial will be in the Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on Oct. 28, 1924, in Carrier Mills to the late William and Kate (Gleyre) Elms.
She married Richard Roloff on June 8, 1947, in Carrier Mills; he preceded in death on Feb. 18, 2002.
She received her master's degree in education from Southern Illinois University and was a retired school teacher. She was a member of the Bankston Fork Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, Rick Roloff of Streamwood; a daughter, Nyla Jean Muth of McHenry; a sister, Inez Rose of Hobart, Ind.; a sister-in-law, Wilma Elms of Carrier Mills; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Norvell Elms and Wendell Elms.
