Obituary: Tammy Trousdale Koontz
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Tammy Trousdale Koontz, 43, of Wadesville, Ind., formerly of Ridgway, passed away at 6:48 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, at her parents' home in Ridgway.
She was born on Feb. 20, 1968, in Eldorado, the daughter of John and Charlene (Crane) Trousdale. Tammy married Donald Koontz on Feb. 14, 2000.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Koontz; and their two children, Lathan and Maddison Koontz, all of Wadesville, Ind.; her parents, John and Charlene Trousdale of Ridgway; her sister, Jennifer and Ryan Wilson of Ridgway; and grandmother, Louise Crane of Shawneetown.
Visitation for Tammy will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway. Funeral service be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, with the Rev. Rob Gallion officiating. Burial will be at the Jackson Cemetery near Ridgway.
