Obituary: Gina Lynn Thomas
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Gina Lynn Thomas, 47, went home to be with the Lord at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, July 3, 2011, at her residence and was sure of her salvation.
She was born on Sept. 9, 1963, to Kenneth and Sylvia (Gulley) Nolen. On Oct. 20, 1984 she married Mark Thomas, who survives.
Gina was a secretary at the Mitchellsville Water District. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Harrisburg.
Surviving family members include her husband, Mark Thomas of Harrisburg; two sons, Mark and Nolen Thomas of Harrisburg; her parents, Kenneth and Sylvia Nolen of Harrisburg; her brother, Kenny and his wife Connie Nolen of Harrisburg; nieces and nephews, Kaci, Adam, Molly, Maggie, and Andy; sister-in-law, Colleen Anderson and husband Mark of Murray, Ky.; brother-in-law, Clay Thomas of New Orleans, La.; and a mother-in-law, Jane (Thomas) Baglio and husband Michael of Junction.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Dayton Thomas.
The joy of the Lord was Gina's strength. Please come as you are and join us in a celebration of life service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at the First Baptist Church of Harrisburg. The Rev. Chris Winkleman and Pastor Howard Stearns will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Garden Cemetery in Harrisburg. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the First Baptist Church of Harrisburg. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Elijah Fund at the First Baptist Church of Harrisburg. Envelopes will be available at the church.
