Death Notice: Douglas 'Hook' Tipton

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Douglas "Hook" Tipton, 64, Elizabethtown, died 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at Western Baptist Hospital, Paducah, Ky.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at the Elizabethtown First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Lafferty officiating. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are in the charge of Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home.
