Death notice: Terina Ann Cook

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Terina Ann Cook, 54, Ridgway, died Saturday, June 25, 2011, at her residence.

Her wishes were to be cremated and her ashes to be spread privately by her family. Arrangements are in the charge of Cox and Son Funeral Home in Ridgway.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Cook of Ridgway; her father; a son; one grandchild; two stepsisters; and one stepbrother.
