Lucille C. Hish
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Lucille C. Hish, 91, of Ridgway, passed away at 3:40 a.m. on Sunday, June 19, 2011, at the Fountain View Nursing Home in Eldorado.
She was born on Oct. 21, 1919, in Eldorado, the daughter of Gilbert and Alice Clark. Lucille married John Edward Hish on Feb. 3, 1940, in St. Louis, Mo. and he preceded her in death on Oct. 19, 1973.
She worked as a florist and operated Hish's Flowers in Ridgway from 1968 to 1995. Lucille was a member of the Ridgway First Presbyterian Church and a charter member of Ridgway Woman's Club.
Lucille is survived by her son, John Ed Hish of Ridgway.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and three brothers, Earl, John T., and Gilbert Clark.
Visitation for Lucille will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. the following day, Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at the funeral home with Pastor Jack Hall officiating. Burial will be at the Jackson Cemetery near Ridgway.
