</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Otto Cochran, 85, Portsmouth, Va., formerly of Rosiclare, died Sunday, April 17, 2011, at Maryview Hospital, Portsmouth, Va.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Hosick Funeral Home in Rosiclare. Burial will be in Fluorine Cemetery with military rites. Visitation is 10 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

He was the widower of Corina Patterson Cochran. He is survived by two nieces.
