Thomas H. Lilley
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Thomas H. Lilley, 55, of Pinckneyville, passed away at 10:35 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at his residence.
Tom was retired from GTE-Verizon as a cable splicer. He was a member of the St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville.
He was born May 14, 1955, at Anna, the son of Thomas G. and Mildred (Hickam) Lilley. Thomas married Mary Jean Boyke on June 27, 1975, at Harrisburg, and she survives.
He is survived by his wife of Pinckneyville; three children, Christina Hagene and Kirk Hagene of Pinckneyville, Melissa Lilley and Kevin Kwiatkowski of Pinckneyville and Jeremiah Lilley and Paige Lilley of Jacksonville, Fla.; two grandchildren, Clayton Hagene and Maddison Hagene; parents, Thomas G. and Mildred Lilley of Alto Pass; brother, Terry Lilley and wife Cathy of Murphysboro; three sisters, Pam Ratley and husband Gary of Harrisburg, Debbie Fears of Anna and Beth Hart and husband Gary of Murphysboro; father- and mother-in-law, Joseph and Lavetta Boyke of Harrisburg; sister-in-law, Paula Lindsey and husband Steve of Harrisburg; three brothers-in-law, Stephen Boyke of Carbondale, Joseph Boyke and wife Debbie of Harrisburg and John Boyke and wife Pam of Chicago; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and sister-in-law, Debbie Shewmake.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at the St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville with Fr. Brian Barker officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin. A prayer service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the St. Bruno Cemetery at Pinckneyville.
