Oscar Theodore 'O.T.' Bentrup

There will be no formal memorial service. Arrangements are in the charge of Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

He is survived by his wife, the former Patricia Ann DuLany; two daughters; two sons-in-law; and four grandchildren.
