Carl Ray Fleming
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Carl Ray Fleming, 69, of Harrisburg, passed away at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010, at John Cochran V.A. Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo.
He was born on Dec. 6, 1940, in Harrisburg to the late Loren and Alice (Scadden) Fleming.
Carl was a retired car salesman for Jim Hayes Inc. He was a veteran serving in both the Army and Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 167 and the VFW. He recently gave his life to Christ.
Surviving family members include a daughter, Carlin Reavis of Carmi; son, Michael Fleming of Beiroit, Germany; sister, Delores Healey of Middletown, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Nina Angelly and Mary Winkleman; and two brothers, Kenneth Fleming and Jimmy Fleming.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. The Rev. Chad Everett will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Cemetery with graveside military rites by the American Legion. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg.
