</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Billy Joe Spivey, 75, Elizabethtown, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at Rosiclare Healthcare and Rehab.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, at Cave Hill Cemetery in Cave-In-Rock. Arrangements are in the charge of Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home.

He is survived by four children, two brothers, four sisters and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
