OBITUARY: Louise McClusky

Louise McClusky, 94 of Harrisburg, died 1:45 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at the Carrier Mills Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be held noon Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, at Walnut Grove Cemetery south of Harrisburg. There will be no visitation, all friends should go directly to the cemetery. The Rev. Randy Sork will officiate. Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills has been entrusted with the arrangements.

She was born on July 22, 1920, in Saline County to the late Harry and Alice (Mattingly) Pickering.

She married Otto McClusky Jr. on Dec. 14, 1940, and he preceded in death on July 10, 1982.

She was a very dedicated member of the Walnut Grove Baptist Church south of Harrisburg.

She is survived by her daughter: Alice Hunt of Harrisburg; her son: Willie (Cheri) McCluskey of Harrisburg; five grandsons: Phillip (Theresa) Hunt, Scotty Joe Hunt, Arthur Lee (Brandi) Hunt, Eric (Lori) McClusky and Joshua (Ameri) McClusky; two great-grandsons: Nathan Hunt and Zachery Hunt; two great-granddaughters: Sammie Hunt and Madison McClusky; three great-stepgrandchildren; and sister: Ida Mae Powell of Norfork, Calif.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and her son-in-law: Joseph Hunt.
