</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Ruby Jane Shields, 86, McLeansboro, died 9:05 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010, at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Center, McLeansboro.

Services will be held at noon Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery near Dale. Visitation is 10 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

She was the widow of Paul Glenn Warren and William "Bill" Shields. She is survived by two daughters, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a brother.
