CORRECTION: Chief Deputy Todd Fort formally charged with sexual assault, official misconduct

The normal sentencing range for a Class 1 felony is 4 to 15 years in the Department of Corrections.

It was also reported Fort was interviewed by the State Police. He may have refused to be interviewed.
