</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Bettie Barnum, 75, 701 Valter St., Ridgway, died 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at St. Mary's Hospital, Evansville, Ind.
Private graveside services will be held at Lindale Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010, at Watson Funeral Home, Eldorado.
She was born Jan. 26, 1935, in Ridgway to Chester Barnum and Ruby (Rodgers) Wood.
She was a registered nurse at Ferrell Hospital and Pearce Hospital.
She is survived by a brother, Richard (Margaret) Barnum of Alpine, Calif.; a niece, Jennifer Anne Barnum of San Diego, Calif.; an aunt, Faye Rodgers of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and a close friend, Faye Seagraves.
