OBITUARY: Ralph Lee Jennings Jr.
Ralph Lee Jennings Jr., 64 of Marion, passed away at 3:05 a.m., Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, in Marion Rehab and Nursing Facility.
Ralph was born Jan. 12, 1951, in Marion to Ralph Lee Jennings Sr. and Edna Mae (Santy) Jennings. Ralph was retired, having been a carpet layer for many years. He attended Community Chapel Church in Marion. He enjoyed playing Bingo, find a word puzzles and listening to classic country music.
Ralph is survived by a special friend, Wanda Lou Miller; his special buddy Jamie "JoJo" Miller of Marion; his daughter, Tarra (Jamey Stevenson) Jennings of Pinckneyville; two grandchildren, Trevor Rice and Braden Stroud both of Pinckneyville; two sisters, Linda (George) Teagarden of Harrisburg, Shirley (Larry) Davis of El Reno, Okla.; two brothers, Jerry Wayne (Crystal) Jennings and Ronnie (Georgia) Jennings all of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Annette Jennings.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2015, in Pyle Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Colson officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Creek Cemetery near Johnston City. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Pyle Funeral Home in Johnston City is entrusted with the arrangements.
